Samantha Peters is an associate attorney with The Cochran Firm DC. Samantha’s practice focuses primarily on the areas of medical malpractice and women’s rights. She is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C. and the Maryland Association for Justice.

Before joining The Cochran Firm, Samantha received her juris doctorate from The George Washington University Law School. She was an active member of the Mock Trial Team, The Public Contract Law Journal, and the Law Association for Women. Samantha interned for the Honorable Judge John B. Beliveau in the Lewiston, Maine District Court and worked as a law clerk at a small plaintiff’s law firm in D.C. while in law school.
