Did you or a loved one develop cancer after using Monsanto Roundup Weedkiller?
The Cochran Firm, D.C. is investigating claims that innocent people developed deadly forms of cancer, including non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) as a result of exposure to Roundup weedkiller developed by Monsanto and parent company Bayer. Across the country, plaintiffs are filing lawsuit against Monsanto and Bayer, claiming the glyphosate in Roundup caused their cancer diagnosis.
The Roundup cancer lawsuits further claim that despite knowing for decades about the health risks associated with glyphosate exposure, Bayer and Monsanto failed to provide warnings to consumers. Juries across the country have awarded millions of dollars to plaintiffs that developed non Hodgkin lymphoma as a result of exposure to glyphosate in Roundup weedkiller.

California jury hands down $2 billion award to plaintiffs harmed by Roundup weedkiller
In May 2019, an Okland, California jury handed down a substantial $2 billion in punitive damages to a husband and wife who sued Monsanto and Bayer, claiming they developed non Hodgkin lymphoma after decades of exposure to glyphosate. The same jury also awarded the pair an additional $55 million for the pain and suffering of living with their illnesses.
In 2017, the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment added glyphosate to the state’s “known carcinogens” list. To comply with California’s Proposition 65, Monsanto added a label on its Roundup products in the state warning consumers about glyphosate’s link to non Hodgkin lymphoma and other forms of cancer.
